Users were unexpectedly logged out and unable to log back in, which forced them to create a new account. The issue has been fully resolved.


Full Resolution Report

Users were unexpectedly logged out of the app. When they tried to log back in, the system didn't recognize their credentials and prompted them to create a brand new account instead. For example, a user who had been using the app all week suddenly saw the 'Welcome, create your profile' screen. We found the root cause that was resetting these sessions and have fully fixed the login flow so it remembers returning users.
